		<description>I totally agree with you on the sleep, exercise and food. These are the common practices I do everyday keep myself away from headache. I used to have headache very often until I practice it.

I am not very sure about the dehydration part yet. However, I would definitely try it out because it makes sense. Thanks for sharing some useful tips with me.</description>
