I have used a buckwheat pillow (the same pillow) for nearly 20 years. I never stay anywhere overnight without it. I forgot it once, and didn't sleep a wink that night, possibly because I was so mad at myself for forgetting to take it along. I love my buckwheat pillow so much, that when I retired, I set up a website, www.buckwheatglory.com, to sell them. Biggest problem is, I'm selling something that so many people have never heard of.
